View of Martin's Hole and the Tschingelhörner

From the upper Grauberg gondola station you can enjoy a unique view of the Tschingelhörner with Martin's Hole and the Glarus Thrust. Two weak zones cross in the legendary Martin's Hole: a soft, flat, dark marl layer and a steep fracture surface. In this area the erosion was able to quickly remove the limestone and Martin's Hole with a diameter of more than 15 metres was created.
