Beschreibung
Hike through the impressive gorge on the road to Zerfreila. Before the road tunnel, you walk right along the winter hiking trail through the old Zerfreila tunnel. In winter, there is reduced winter maintenance on the road to Zerfreila.
Geheimtipp
After the hike in the fresh winter air, stop at the Zervreila restaurant. Closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Sicherheitshinweis
Observe possible closures (ice and rockfall) at the old tunnel to Zerfreila.
Ausrüstung
Winter hiking boots. Poles and shoe spikes are recommended.
Wegbeschreibung
On the road to Zerfreila, partly on the old road, you hike through the wintry forest to Zerfreila.
To return to the village, you can either take the Zervreila shuttle or rent a sled at the Zervreila restaurant. Sled rental is only possible with good snow conditions. Sledding at your own risk. Please keep right and watch for oncoming traffic.
