Winter walk from Borgonovo to Vicosoprano

The winter hiking trail starts optionally at the church or the Borgonovo PostBus stop. It leads uphill through the village and turns diagonally to the right at the end of the village. It continues eastward to the forest of Vicosoprano. Soon the first houses come into view, the large EWZ building and the Vicosoprano Helvetia PostBus stop.

 This path is not an officially marked winter hiking trail and is not prepared. Depending on the weather, it can be slippery or icy.

At the end of Borgonovo, the path leads diagonally to the right past the last houses. Across a meadow, it goes eastward to the forest of Vicosoprano. In the forest, we cross the stream coming from Val Torta and soon reach the first houses, the large EWZ building and the Vicosoprano Helvetia PostBus stop.
