On this evening, the focus is on the power of silence. Soft, restrained sounds open up a space in which the breath becomes deeper and the mind comes to rest. Reduced, soft tones with plenty of space in between look like fresh snow gently covering the landscape. Here everything can slow down - until body and soul find themselves in deep relaxation.
