For one hour, we will transform the Kulturplatz foyer into our very own personal feel-good place. Whether beginner or advanced, man or woman - everyone is welcome! Together we enjoy a break from everyday life.

The dates will take place in the evening and can be viewed at the beginning of this event page:

Evening: 18:00 - 19:00 - Relax and review the day and let it come to an end.

Language: The lessons take place in German, depending on the participants.

Please bring your own yoga mat!
