Around 1890, the villagers were able to convert the apartment attached to the house (1838) into a cheese dairy.
Beschreibung
The room was only used for two months (April/May) for the production of cheese. For the remaining months, the owners of the property were able to use the rooms for their own purposes. In 1980 the cheese factory was closed. Vitus Bass has set up a farmer's museum in the rooms of the former cheese dairy.
