Hof Ulber

At the Ulber farm in Lantsch/Lenz, an impressive number of products are produced with raw materials from parc Ela. These include dairy products (Alpkäse Ozur, Lenzer Mutschli, cream cheese pepper and chives, butter, Ziger, raw milk, cream), meat products (Bündnerfleisch, Salsiz, Lenzer Minis, hamburger, veal, beef) as well as confectionery and syrup made from elderberries and elderflower, currant and dandelion confi, nut cakes and caramellas. All these products are available in the Farm Shop La Tarogna of the Ulber family.
