The promenade is accessible all year round. Tip: From early April to early June, interested persons can gain exciting insights into the world of wild goats on a free guided tour lasting about one and a half hours. From June, when temperatures rise, the ibex can be found again in higher altitudes. Correspondingly, Pontresina offers a free marmot and wild goat excursion in July and August.
