The route is extremely varied and offers, in addition to flat sections, also gentle climbs. This is amid smaller forest sections and generously prepared areas such as at the golf course.

The trail from Lantsch/Lenz to Lenzerheide and back is partly passable in both directions.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Arrival is by train to Chur, then you transfer directly to the PostautoGraubünden buses and reach Lantsch/Lenz within 45 minutes (Postauto stop: Lantsch/Lenz, Barbatschauns). From there you can reach the Roland Arena on foot within 5 minutes.

From Basel and Zurich - Chur-South (Exit No. 17) - Lenzerheide - Lantsch/Lenz.


From Milan - Lugano - San Bernardino Tunnel - Thusis - Chur-South (Exit Lenzerheide) - Lenzerheide - Lantsch/Lenz.
