The butcher's shop, which has been family-run for over sixty years, is the only one in Bregaglia and the Maloja district.

In the Chiesa butcher's shop, a large assortment of fresh meat awaits you (biscuits, minced meat, ragout, sausages, charcuterie and much more).
Particularly popular are the salametti matured in the cantina made of deer meat or with chestnuts, mountain herbs and nuts.
During the hunting season in autumn, you will also find fresh game meat at Macelleria Chiesa.
The meat (except pork) comes from farmers in the region, and the animals are slaughtered in their own slaughterhouse. Some of the meat is returned to the farmers for their own use, while the rest is sold in the shop.
