Beschreibung

The Outdoor Fitness Trails in the Heidiland vacation region comprise over 30 uniformly signposted running trails from a total of 10 stations, forming one of the largest outdoor fitness parks in the Alps. The Schwammkopf Trail is one of five running trails around the Flumserberg station.

The starting point for this 3 km long trail is the Flumserberg station info point at the Molseralp restaurant above the valley station to the Maschgenkamm (1391 m above sea level). From there, the trail leads along a well-maintained alpine road to a covered barbecue station at Schwammchopf. The next section across the beautiful moorland on the Madils plateau is flat and leads you to the Tannenbodenalp (1399). From the plateau you have a magnificent view of the Churfirsten. A tarred road now leads back to Tannenboden Dorf and the starting point at Molseralp.

Geheimtipp

Most of the Outdoor Fitness Trails run along official hiking trails. The hiking trail signage therefore also helps with orientation along the way.

Sicherheitshinweis

Depending on the weather, it can be very slippery in some places.

Ausrüstung
