Sennaria Surselva You can have the most beautiful day in Graubünden at the foot of the Lukmanier Pass. The concrete building with a grassy roof was built by Graubünden’s star architect Gion A. Caminada and since 2009 it had completed the landscape next to the stable of the famous monastery. Since 2013, the Sennaria is operated by the company Bergsenn AG. Every day, milk from local farmers is processed into high-quality Graubünden mountain cheese, mainly organic cheese, and Mutschlis. The senneria belongs to the dairy farmers and suppliers of the upper Surselva. This is how added value remains in the region.
