Trutg dil Flem: full vertical | Flims - Segnesboden - Grauberg - Runcahöhe - Flims

This scenic round hike starts with an ascent through the demanding Trutg dil Flem water trail, a spectacular route that follows the course of the Flem stream, featuring several bridges and impressive rock formations. The trail leads you past the Segneshütte mountain hut, offering a perfect spot for a break and refreshment.

From there, the path continues across the stunning Lower Segnesboden, a wide alpine plain surrounded by dramatic peaks and home to unique geological features.

The hike then goes toward Nagens, providing panoramic views of the surrounding Alps, before beginning the descent via Runcahöhe, a scenic high route that eventually loops back to the starting point.

Start in Flims at the valley station or at the entrance to the Trutg dil Flem trail. Follow the water trail uphill, crossing several bridges and passing through impressive gorges until you reach the Segneshütte. Continue across the Lower Segnesboden towards Nagens. From there, follow the signs via Runcahöhe and descend back to Flims.
