The Oz is a big stage for vegetables. What catches chef Timo Fritsche's eye on his forays through the garden is already on the plate a few hours later - staged with a lot of imagination and love. You will be surprised and delighted in the new vegetarian restaurant. Just as nature does to us day after day.
