On 1 May 2016, Andreas Grob took over the operation of the Brigels dairy. With his company Cascharia Breil/Brigels GmbH, he has been running the business as a young cheesemaker in self-employment ever since.
Up to 65 wheels of cheese are produced per day in the production plant.
Fluralva - a fine creation, a white mould cream cheese made from fresh Brigelser mountain milk.
