The organic cheese dairy Lumbrein is a modern family business. The organic milk is delivered by the farmers twice a day to the cheese dairy. During the summer months, the milk is pumped through the milk pipeline directly from Alp Staviala Vedra to the cheese dairy. The organic raw milk is turned into lumbreiner organic cheese, organic butter, organic cream, Ziger and Lumbreiner fondue.
