This is a local’s ski route that we are revealing here. The ski route starts with a beautiful ascent to Alp Crap Ner. From here the terrain opens up and becomes increasingly alpine in character up to the summit – flat, lonely, and steep.

Beschreibung
Start just before the small village of Sogn Benedetg and follow the trail over the Siltginas farm, later through a wooded area up to Alp Crap Ner. The hut invites you to rest in front of the sunny wooden facade. The terrain now often becomes steeper and more alpine. In poor visibility, orientation becomes increasingly challenging. About 100 meters elevation below the summit, a decently steep slope has to be overcome. The near and far views up here are simply incredible.
Enjoy, strap on your skis, and glide back down along the ascent track into the valley. The open slopes offer some play opportunities until the Alp. However, please absolutely observe the large wildlife protection zone in the forest "Uaul dils Brens".

This route is only recommended in good visibility and avalanche conditions.

Ski and snowshoe tours in unsecured terrain require good knowledge in assessing avalanche hazards and tour planning. Additionally, always carry complete safety equipment – regardless of the current avalanche risk.

Anfahrt
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
By train from Disentis or Ilanz to Sumvitg-Cumpadials (plus 230 meters elevation from the station to Sogn Benedetg).
Anreise Information
From Disentis or Ilanz to Sumvitg. At the end of the village (direction Disentis), turn off to Sogn Benedetg (observe the signpost "Church Sogn Benedetg").

There are various parking options in front of the small village of Sogn Benedetg.
